• The fragrances are all classed vegan and cruelty free
• The candles are all hand-poured in the UK
• The wax is 100% natural and as such may show some imperfections (a bit like Organic Vegetables!) but this does not affect the fragrance throw or burn quality
• These imperfections can sometimes be seen on the surface of the candles too and this is just a function of the 100% natural wax.
• The candle has a clean burn due to its natural components
• If there are any air bubbles at the side of the glass, these ‘air bubbles’ are a completely natural feature – known in the trade as wet spots. They are a completely natural feature common in hand poured candles and are caused by the shrinkage as the wax cools inside the glass. Some of the wax pulls away from the glass and some sticks to it. This in no way affects the burning experience – your candle will still smell amazing and burn beautifully!
• Finally - Love Your Candle! - always trim the wick to 5mm to achieve the best possible burn

Candles How to Use

• Trim wick to about 5mm before lighting.
• Burn candle for a minimum of 2 hours (to create an even wax melt) and a maximum of 4 hours (for optimum candle performance).
• Always keep the wick upright.
• Trim wick before every re-light.
• Keep the wax pool clear of any debris to avoid flaring and wax discolouration.
• Do not light candle when there is less than 5mm of wax in the bottom of the glass.
